Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

During peak seasons, promotions, or unexpected high demand, processing times may be extended.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate.

We are not responsible for orders that are:

  • Delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Returned due to incomplete or invalid addresses
  • Refused by the recipient

Any reshipment fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as β€œDelivered” by the carrier but are lost or stolen.

If this occurs, please contact your local carrier directly.

Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, incorrect address, or refusal, we are not responsible for re-shipping costs.
